Linkfront is a software platform that helps creators build affiliate storefronts, manage product links, and view click analytics. Features may vary by plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Affiliate links and content

You are solely responsible for the products, links, disclosures, and claims on your storefronts. You must comply with applicable advertising, FTC/affiliate disclosure, retailer program, and consumer protection rules. Linkfront does not endorse products you list and is not a party to purchases made through your links.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload our systems, upload malware, infringe others' rights, or use Linkfront for unlawful or deceptive practices.

6. Intellectual property

Linkfront and its branding, software, and documentation remain our property. You retain rights to content you upload, and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the Service.

7. Paid plans and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise. Plan limits and features may change with notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that URL metadata fetching will succeed for every retailer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkfront and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for amounts exceeding fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above.
