Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Linkfront collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and affiliate storefront product.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address, name, and profile details you provide when signing in (including via Google OAuth or magic link).
  • Store content: store names, bios, avatars, products, categories, social links, and related settings you create.
  • Usage and analytics: click events on your tracked links (such as approximate country, device type, referrer host, and hashed IP), and product usage needed to operate dashboards and limits.
  • Billing data: subscription status and plan information from our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, and request metadata) for security and reliability.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, secure, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts
  • Host public store pages and redirect tracked links
  • Show analytics and enforce plan limits
  • Process subscriptions and send transactional email
  • Comply with law and prevent abuse

4. Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication sessions and essential site operation. Magic-link and OAuth flows rely on session cookies managed by our auth provider stack. When enabled, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use Linkfront (pages viewed, approximate location, device). You can block analytics cookies via your browser settings.

5. Service providers

We use trusted processors to run Linkfront, which may include hosting, database, edge/CDN, email, payments, error monitoring, and website analytics (for example Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, Resend, Lemon Squeezy, and Google Analytics). They process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

6. Public storefronts

Content you publish on a storefront (including product details and images) is public by design. Do not publish personal data you do not intend to share.

7. Data retention

We retain account and store data while your account is active and as needed for backups, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account subject to residual backup and legal holds.

8. Your choices

You can update store and account settings in the dashboard, and contact us to request access or deletion where applicable. You may also disconnect OAuth providers through your Google account settings.

9. Children

Linkfront is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to those locations.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the date above when changes are posted.
